Responsible for content creation, architecture, maintenance and expansion of websites for Justice Talking (a NPR radio show), Justice Learning, and a variety of allied technology initiatives. Adapted and migrated .ASP/Access in-house web service infrastructure to .ASP SQL Server, commercially hosted service. Routinized and standardized ongoing development procedures, customer service and security practices and established new benchmarks for performance and reliability. Regularly participated in planning and production of weekly radio debate show. Performed duties of in-house photographer and videographer. Trained and supervised student interns. Designed and produced multimedia CD-ROM information and training products for an international consulting engineering company.  Organized and managed large scale projects involving thousands of photographic and diagrammatic elements; designed and implemented a modular multimedia delivery system capable of quick, easy internationalization and customization.

Supervised the work of graphic artists and junior programmers.  Performed liaison with national water environmental bodies and European environmental organizations.  Provided consultation and support of company information infrastructure including Internet connectivity and groupware.

Public Release of "Brenda * The Batch Renderer" (final v. 2.2)

Wrote and released to Shareware distribution an image processing tool for color analysis and palette optimization, and subsequent batch rendering. Brenda * The Batch Renderer has been selected for publication in several CD-ROM collections, including "The Encyclopedia of Graphic File Formats" and "The Official Netscape Power User's Toolkit."

As supervising editor for DuPont/Xerox joint research project, coordinated the efforts of a technical documentation team consisting of seven writers and three illustrators.

Set styles and formats for publication. Set schedules, reviewed and edited service materials including product description, Operator's and Installation manuals, Parts Lists, Repair and Troubleshooting manuals. Wrote Introduction and product description, drew finished product renderings, functional and physical diagrams.

Researched, specified, installed and maintained computer equipment for Dept. of Journalism. Designed and produced user manuals and tutorials for classroom instruction.
